Taking Center Stage
The RSS V-System by
Roland takes center stage in yet another new house
of worship in Wilson Mills, NC. Utilizing the
Roland REAC digital network backbone running on
inexpensive and flexible twisted-pair Cat 5e
cabling the Wilson Mills Baptist Church’s V-Mix
System takes a complete digital end-to-end system
approach to audio distribution and control. It
solves many of the problems that plague other
digital audio solutions and analogue audio
installations and allows for an easily expandable
system.

I love being a SoundMan. It’s the reason I went into business and it is my passion and, if I might be excused for a moment of self-effacement, I’ve gotten pretty good at it. Even after 40 years of being a SoundMan I still find it exciting. CareySound is the embodiment of that passion for audio excellence, never being satisfied with the status quo of ‘state of the art’, always searching for the perfect wave. That’s where issues arise. In this age of convergence it’s not enough to focus one one specialty. To stay in business you are increasingly expected to provide it all, hence our growth into staging, backline, lighting, video, recording and, as I later declared “we provide everything but the band,” booking agent. As a matter of fact I was the creator of One Call - Simple. And it was a success, but it did not grow out a sudden interest in lighting or staging for instance. It was born out of necessity.

Old Friends - New Partners
One of the best parts of having worked in the industry for over 30 years is all of the great people we have met and worked with. One of those people is Jim Reese former owner and founder of Audio & Light Rentals and current owner of Joe Mama’s a mobile staging company with offices here in Greensboro and Marko Island, FL.
CareySound has built its reputation by focusing on a no compromise, best in performance, service and value business model. Just as we carefully choose the products and manufactures we represent, we take the same care in the choice of industry colleagues we partner with. They share the same affinity for superior quality service and apply the same exacting professionalism that we do. CareySound is pleased to announce that jim Reese and Joe Mama’s Mobile Staging has joined us as one of our elite preferred production partners.
So what does that mean to me?
As our exclusive new staging partner you can expect the same great service and value on mobile stages that you have come to expect from CareySound. Whether you contact Jim directly our have us take care of all the arrangements, you can expect nothing but the best. Welcome aboard Jim.
