We had such a good time last year…

A year ago, a spirit of passion towards electronic music led a small group of North Carolina DJs and musicians to put their heads together and organize the first ever Signal - The Southeast Electronic Music Festival. They decided Chapel Hill would be an ideal location and the event was held in multiple venues throughout for two days in April. They assembled a lineup featuring internationally renowned artists such as Jason Forrest (Berlin, Germany), Deepsky (Hollywood, CA), Noel Sanger (Charlottesville, VA), and Buckner (Orlando, FL), as well as many regionally and locally known performers including A Drop In Silence (John Carey and Matt ) from right here at CareySound who took one of our systems with them.

The success of that event engergized the group to produce this years encore and for CareySound to become one its sponsors. Working closely with the College Union Activties Board of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, this year promises to be even bigger and better and will feature even more venues and workshops with the opening night on the UNC campus.
