'Plain English' Service Policy


Overview - We rely on our gear to work and work well, under the most demanding conditions. We known what it is like to have a piece of equipment not work when needed. Even the best warranty in the world is of no use if your gear stops working during a performance. Our ultimate goal is to do all we can to make sure your equipment works.

Paragraph One - If anything you buy from us breaks down during the first year of ownership, return it to us and we will, at no charge, lend you a unit, if available, from our extensive rental inventories, until we can promptly complete repairs on your equipment.

Paragraph Two - When that warranty expires, return it to us and we will make a rental unit available to you at only half of the normal rental fee.

Special System Installation Provisions
Paragraph Three - Whenever possible Carey Sound, Inc. will make repairs on-site for a period of one (1) year.

Paragraph Four - We will provide one on-site training session to familiarize you with you new equipment. Additionally we will allow up to four participants to attend any in-store audio workshops that we may hold for a period of one year, at no charge.

Paragraph Five - If we designed the installed system we will guarantee that it will perform to original specifications for a period of one (1) year.
